We also safeguard confidential information and intellectual property and conduct business with honesty, transparency, and financial responsibility.

We expect suppliers and business partners to uphold these same principles, comply with applicable legal and customer-specific requirements, communicate these expectations throughout their supply chains, and maintain appropriate policies, controls, and due diligence processes. Gemini Group may assess supplier compliance and require corrective action when these expectations are not met.
