Chad Linders

Group Plant Manager, Automotive Interior Trim

Chad Linders is the Plant Manager of our automotive interior trim facilities in Ubly, MI and Muscle Shoals, AL.

He has 29 years of experience in automotive interiors, composites, and business operations leadership, a proven track record in engineering and management at Tier I automotive suppliers, and holds numerous manufacturing and leadership certifications from Eastern Michigan University and Project Management Institute, among others.

Most recently, Chad has served as a Managing Director, providing technical and business operations consulting for local and international companies having revenues from $10M to $700M annually.

Lindsay Fry

Group Plant Manager, Two-Shot Injection Molding and Technical Blow Molding

Lindsay Fry is Plant Manager of our two-shot injection molding facility in Bad Axe, MI and our technical blow molding facility in Ubly, MI.

She has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, including roles in engineering, maintenance, production, and quality. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Manufacturing and Innovation from Michigan State University.

She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Red X Journeyman.

Lynette Drake

President and Chair of the Board of Directors

Lynette Drake is President and Chair of the Board of Directors of Gemini Group, Inc., responsible for the leadership of the Board and the oversight of all executive-level decisions at the company.

She is a second generation owner of Gemini Group — for decades a family-owned business located in Huron County, Michigan — and started full time with Gemini and its subsidiaries in 1999. Lynette has served on Gemini’s Board since 2006, was appointed Chair in 2010 and President in 2011.

In addition to her responsibilities at Gemini Group, Lynette also chairs the Board of Directors of Northstar Financial Group and sits on the boards of Mainstreet Community Bank and West Michigan Community Bank. She is also a board member of the Huron County Community Foundation and Vice Chair of the Huron County Economic Development Committee.

Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science from Madonna University. She is a member of Good Shepherd Parish in Ubly, Mich., and volunteers at various local charity and school functions.

Kevin Nelson

Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Nelson is Chief Executive Officer of Gemini Group℠, responsible for overseeing all operations for the company’s 17 locations and 1,300 employees.

He has over 30 years of professional financial experience in a variety of industries and has been with Gemini since 2009. Kevin sits on the boards of Gemini Group℠, Northstar Financial Group, Northstar Bank, West Michigan Community Bank, Mainstreet Community Bank of Florida, Epic Theaters, and Choozle.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University.

TL Bushey

Chief Financial Officer

T L Bushey is Chief Financial Officer at Gemini Group℠, responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to the CEO and board of directors.

He has over 35 years of financial experience and has been with Gemini since 2006. A member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Public Accountants, T L holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Charted Global Management Accountant.

He serves on the board of directors of Gemini Group℠ (finance and personnel committees) and the board of directors of Northstar Bank (executive and loan committee).

Anthony A. Trecapelli

Executive Vice President, Engineered Tooling Solutions

Anthony A. Trecapelli is Executive Vice President of our Engineered Tooling Solutions segment. Tony is also responsible for Advanced Product Development and R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Information and Operations Technology, Lean Manufacturing, Safety and Automation.

He has over 30 years of professional experience and been with Gemini since 2013. Anthony serves on the Ferris State Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Board and the GLBMA Board at Saginaw Valley State.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix as well as a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a Certificate in Lean Flexible Manufacturing Systems.

He is a member of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association and has volunteered with the Society of Automotive Engineers Wheels in Motion, Rochester Community Schools, Oakland Township Fire & Rescue, and more.

Tom Heiman

Executive Vice President, Engineered Plastic Products

Tom Heiman is Executive Vice President of our Engineered Plastic Products segment. Tom is also responsible for Corporate Purchasing, Advanced Product Development and R&D, and Plastic Sales.

He has over 30 years of manufacturing experience and has been with Gemini since 2016. A member of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association, the Society of Plastics Engineers and Manufacturing Operations Management, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Almeda University and has taken graduate coursework from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Gregg Kranz

Division Lead, Profile Extrusion

Gregg Kranz is Plant Manager of our profile extrusion facility in Ubly, MI and oversees our entire Profile Extrusion division consisting of four locations.

He has over 30 years of manufacturing experience and has been with the company for over two decades.

Gregg received an Associate’s degree from ITT Technical Institute and has training in LEAN, Kaizen, 6S and various other manufacturing certifications.

Jaime Bermudez

Plant Manager, Profile Extrusion

Jaime Bermudez is Plant Manager of our profile extrusion facility in El Paso, TX.

He has over 30 years’ experience in plastics manufacturing including 15 years in management roles, and has been with the company for over 30 years.

He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). He also has special training and experience in blow molding and injection molding.

Mauricio Garcia

Plant Manager, Profile Extrusion

Mauricio Garcia is Plant Manager of our profile extrusion facility in Saltillo, Mexico.

He has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry, including roles in plant and operations management, quality management, engineering, and manufacturing management.

Mauricio has an advanced education in engineering and has achieved his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Jeff Weitenberner

Division Lead, Aluminum Extrusion Tooling

Jeff Weitenberner is Plant Manager of our aluminum extrusion tooling facility in Bad Axe and oversees our entire Aluminum Extrusion Tooling division consisting of three locations.

He has over 25 years of aluminum extrusion tooling experience including die design, sales, and plant management, and has been with the company for over 15 years. Jeff holds various certificates in Lean Enterprise from the University of Wisconsin and was a past committee member on the Extrusion Technology (ET) committee for the Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC).

He is currently the Commissioner and New Building Coordinator for the Huron County Hockey Association.

Jim Jurgess

Plant Manager, Aluminum Extrusion Tooling

Jim Jurgess is Plant Manager of our aluminum extrusion tooling facility in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

He has been with the company for 24 years in capacities including Die Design Supervisor, Technical Sales Manager, and Plant Manager.

Gary Morucci

Plant Manager, Aluminum Extrusion Tooling

Gary Morucci is Plant Manager of our aluminum extrusion tooling facility in Youngstown, Ohio.

He has been with the facility for 38 years in capacities including Sales and Service, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager.

Gary is also head of the Holy Family Pastoral Care Hospital Visitation program in his community.

Dave Shepherd

Plant Manager, Forge Tooling & Briney Toolholders

Dave Shepherd is Plant Manager of our forge tooling and Briney Toolholders facilities in Bad Axe, MI.

Dave has over 16 years of machining experience and has worked for the company since 2006 in roles including Production Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Safety Specialist, Second Shift Supervisor, and Lathe Machinist.

He holds a Kaizen Yellow Belt Certification, successfully completed the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center’s Leadership In Action program, and holds a number of other accolades.

Michael Greenhill

Plant Manager, Aluminum Die Cast Tooling

Michael Greenhill is Plant Manager of our two aluminum die cast tooling facilities in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

Since 1997, Michael has been dedicated to the manufacturing of aluminum die cast dies and joined the company in 2009.

Michael holds an Associate’s degree in Science & Engineering from Northwest Shoals Community College and studied Chemical Engineering at Auburn University.
