MATERIAL SELECTION

Material selection is one of the most important, yet daunting aspects of ensuring your extruded part manufactures successfully, performs properly, and is delivered to you at the lowest possible cost. With years of design and engineering experience with a variety of materials, we can confidently recommend the optimum material for any extrusion application. We work with virtually all materials, including those never before extruded.

DESIGN OPTIMIZATION

Our experienced engineers simplify complex designs, reducing costs while achieving the same or better results. To avoid increased expenses due to design changes, we use extrusion simulation software upfront, reducing tool iterations, shortening time-to-market, and saving on manufacturing costs.

In-House Tooling Design & Build

Extrusion tooling encompasses more than just the extrusion die. While complex dies tend to be costlier, other factors like trim or fabrication tools, fixtures, and gauges for secondary operations should also be taken into account. By designing all tooling in-house, we control every aspect of design and production to lower costs and time to market.

Rapid Prototyping

In taking new products to market, speed is a critical factor. Our rapid prototyping capabilities help reduce errors that cause delays and additional expense. Equipped with three extrusion lines dedicated to prototyping, we’re able to expedite the development phase and time-to-market without compromising on quality.
